“This new program will certainly allow people living in a small municipality to discover new ways to move closer to home. Our Mégantic trip will feature nine projects to promote active lifestyles and movement in different ways, summer and winter. These are, in particular, multifunctional skating rinks and the development of parks both in Granite and in Haute-Saint-François and Val-Saint-François. Here at Stoke it will be on a BMX or bike handlebar! I invite citizens to learn about investments in their region in order to appreciate the variety of selected objects. There is something for every taste. »
François Jacques, MNA for Mégantic
“How not to rejoice at such an announcement! Thanks to the support of the Government of Quebec and our municipal authorities, all Stokos families will be able to enjoy a multi-use track and rollerblading track in the village in the near future drown. Strategically located, these attractive new properties will be built next to a school and a new residential community that is home to many children. These places in nature will promote socialization and allow our population to be active and healthy. So thanks for your support. »
