Tibu Africa-Technopark (MITC) have partnered to promote sports in the workplace. In this regard, Lamia Benmakhlouf, CEO of Technopark (MITC), and Mohamed Amin Zariat, Ashoka Research Fellow and President of the NGO Tibu Africa, signed an agreement to set up 3 Solidarity Gyms at technoparks in Casablanca, Agadir and Tangier.

This is a common understanding between Tibu Africa and Technopark (MITC), which announce a broad partnership in the field of promoting physical and sports activity in companies located in Morocco’s technoparks, as well as in many other areas promoting real sports dynamics around the topic of education, social – economic integration and entrepreneurship of youth and women through sports.

The sports fields that are the object of the partnership will be open to all employees of the companies supported by the Technopark and will be managed by trained sports coaches and winners of Tibou’s social and economic inclusion programs in Africa, such as the Intilaka Initiative and the Second Chance School. career oriented.

For his part, Mohamed Amin Zariat said that he is “very excited about this partnership with strong social impact because it allows you to create professional integration opportunities for young people in NEET situations and hire thousands of employees and startups to promote healthy and active lifestyles through gym solidarity halls developed by Tibu Africa in partnership with the Technopark.”

Tibu Africa and Technopark (MITC) will also explore several areas of collaboration on topics related to youth entrepreneurship through training offered by Technopark (MITC) specialists to Tibu Africa program incubators.
